“Starting my culinary career in Niagara-on- the-lake, I was given the opportunity to really see what food and the hospitality industry was all about. It sparked something in me, and I was instantly addicted to the speed and fast paced environment."

"Working with real, fresh, farm to table ingredients for the first time was an experience that propelled me into wanting more. I took what I had learned and began to travel to infuse different cultures, styles, and tastes into what I had already learned. My travels took me to Vancouver, Australia, New York, and I landed in Toronto."

"I have always loved food, and have always craved the energy of a fast paced and “slammed in the weeds” breakfast, lunch, or dinner service. Wine, Beer, and Spirits will always have a special place in my heart, and just like my food, I am always trying to infuse different cultures and flavours together at the bar. The friendships I have made have and will be everlasting, and my philosophy with food revolves around the fact that food and family are the only things that we can all relate to all around the globe. I am a loving husband, father and co-worker, and have built a restaurant that showcases that. So come in, have some great food and drinks with the people you want to be with the most."
