After two years at Splendido, Chef Garth Legree moved on to help open The County General in 2011.

By 2013, he had taken over the kitchen at the financial district’s Little Anthony’s as Executive Chef. Now, inspired by the famous Nova Scotian schooner ship – Bluenose – Garth launches Bluenose Lobster at Assembly Chef’s Hall. 

With fresh, Nova Scotian lobsters shipped in multiple times per week, Garth seeks to provide the true, fresh lobster experience you would get in Canada’s Maritimes..
